Solar PV policy

Hi everyone,
Some solar PV companies have directly approached some of our tenants offering “free” solar PV installations. Tenants require our written permission before carrying out or arranging works to their own homes. Have any of you had similar experiences with “PV rent a roof” companies directly approaching tenants. If so, does your organization have a policy on it? Any advice would be welcome.
