Consolidated HECA Reports

Following confirmation from Steve Ives (DECC), it was confirmed that LA's can consolidate their HECA reports. Essex is intending to do this: QUESTION/REQUEST, if any one else is doing this is it possible to have a look at your template or work todate?

Cumbria has six districts with reporting responsibility under HECA, we have agreed a stripped down approach!
