Ofgem consultation on protecting consumers who receive backbills

On 16 November, Ofgem published a statutory consultation inviting views on its proposal to introduce a licence obligation around backbilling.
As Ofgem are concerned that not all suppliers have appropriate backbilling policies in place, this statutory consultation sets out the licence changes proposed following Ofgem's review in April 2017.
