Survey: Development of a legal toolkit for community energy

Recent research suggested that community energy groups find it particularly difficult to grapple with the legal aspects of community energy projects. Pure Leapfrog and Community Energy England are developing a legal toolkit in which modules of guidance, templates and documents will be made available to community energy groups to help smooth the process of delivering projects.
Pure Leapfrog and Community Energy England would like to invite you to take part in an online survey to help shape this legal toolkit.
This survey aims to find out in more detail how community energy groups feel about legal issues, how you have dealt with them in the past, and the types of guidance and documents that you feel would be useful to you and to other groups in future. You can complete the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZCS68JR. It should take around 20 minutes (a little longer for more experienced community energy practitioners). The survey will run until midnight on Wednesday 17 June.
