Updated Green Deal Qualifying Measures

DECC have published an updated list of energy efficiency improvements that qualify for Green Deal Finance and the Energy Companies Obligation, along with a description of the entire Green Deal Occupancy Assessment process and illustrative savings.

Two changes are introduced in accordance with the 2014 amendment to the Green Deal Measures Statutory Instrument as follows:
  • Waste water heat recovery devices are no long required to be attached to showers.
  • Radiant heating can now be installed under the Green Deal in non-domestic buildings
