The Welsh Government have launched a new scheme co-funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe Programme of the European Union, to provide support to Welsh public sector organisations to secure guaranteed savings and reduce carbon impacts by accessing energy performance contracts.

The new Re:fit Cymru scheme will subsidise 90% of the cost of the following services, and the Welsh Government can offer zero percent interest finance to implement the energy efficiency measures
  • Stakeholder engagement to secure organisational buy-in
  • Strategy and project development
  • Procurement and legal support
  • Technical Advice
  • Access to a UK wide public sector framework
  • Support during project delivery
