EMCAN forum meeting and AGM - 3 March 2016

The next East Midlands Carbon Action Network forum meeting and AGM will be held on Thursday 3 March 2016, in Corby.

The event will run from 9:30 until 13:30, with confirmed speakers for this meeting including Hilary Tanner, LGA, who will update us on ‘LGA policy on energy, fuel poverty and Climate Local’ and Sara Earl, Corby Borough Council, who will be updating us on Corby Electric and the Northants Warm Homes partnership.
The National identity of the network has changed to the Association of Local Energy Officers (ALEO), so there will be a discussion around whether the region will rebrand or stay as EM CAN.
The meeting will also include the AGM, so we need as many LA officers to attend as possible to ensure a representative vote.
