East Pennine CAN becomes ALEO East Pennine

The East Pennine Carbon Action Network will now be known as the Association of Local Energy Officers East Pennine (ALEO East Pennine), following approval from members at the regional forum meeting held on 17 June 2016.
This follows the change of the Carbon Action Network's national identity to the Association of Local Energy Officers, on 1 February 2016.
