London HECA Forum becomes ALEO London

The London HECA Forum will now be known as the Association of Local Energy Officers London (ALEO London), following approval from members at the regional forum meeting held on 22 April 2016.

This follows the change of the Carbon Action Network's national identity to the Association of Local Energy Officers, on 1 February 2016.
