HECA East becomes ALEO East

HECA East will now be known as the Association of Local Energy Officers East (ALEO East), following approval from members at the regional forum meeting held on 13 April 2016.

This follows the change of the Carbon Action Network's national identity to the Association of Local Energy Officers, on 1 February 2016.
