Consultation: Combining Durham, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear

The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has opened a consultation on the proposal to establish a combined authority for Durham, Northumberland and Tyne & Wear, as well as the details of the structure, constitution and functions of the new authority.
