The Association of Local Energy Officers (ALEO) is informed by the vast experience of members. Improving the lives of UK households is at the heart of everything ALEO does. ALEO members have helped thousands of households to achieve more affordable warmth and reduce carbon emissions.
We envisage a world where everyone is able to live in warm, energy efficient home with minimum carbon impact.
ALEO has been at the forefront of significant social impact for over 20 years. We invite you to be part of this change. Join our community. Together we will unite people and ideas to resolve the challenges of our time.
The Association of Local Energy Officers (ALEO) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting local government officers with a remit for reducing all aspects of the UK’s domestic-sector carbon footprint and tackling fuel poverty.
ALEO is supported by the ALEO National Secretariat which also maintains this website. If you have any suggestions for news items, events or documents, that you would like us to post on this site, or any other comments or suggestions, please let us know by emailing aleo@actonenergy.org.uk.
Please also feel free to post your comments, questions and experiences related to domestic energy efficiency, fuel poverty and climate change in the member’s forum. You will need to register as a member to access this. Membership and forum comments are approved by the administrator before publication.
